Welcome to Talkseek AI (“the App”). The App is provided by an independent developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Talkseek AI is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide informational and entertainment content related to personal communication and relationships.
All responses in the App are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for specific situations.
The App should not be used as a substitute for professional advice from qualified professionals.
2. AI Technology
The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses and insights. Some AI processing is performed using third-party infrastructure provided by OpenAI.
User inputs submitted within the App may be transmitted to AI processing services solely for the purpose of generating responses requested by the user.
AI-generated outputs are automated and should not be interpreted as professional recommendations or factual statements.
3. Relationship Chart
The App may include a feature referred to as a “Relationship Chart” or “Relationship Score”. This feature presents several areas of relationship dynamics in a visual format.
These scores are generated automatically based on user input and internal algorithms.
The Relationship Chart is intended only as a self-reflection tool and may suggest activities that could help users think about different aspects of their relationships.
These scores are not psychological evaluations, diagnostic tools, or professional assessments.
4. Clarify Session
The App may include a feature called “Clarify Session”. This feature allows users to upload screenshots of conversations and provide context in order to receive AI-generated explanations and suggested responses.
This feature is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of suggested responses.
Users remain solely responsible for how they communicate with others and how they use information provided by the App.
5. Content Limitations
Certain requests may not be processed by the system.
Requests involving threats of violence, self-harm, illegal activity, harassment, or other sensitive content may be refused by the AI system.
6. Platform and Access
The App is available exclusively for iOS devices through the Apple App Store.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer Premium subscriptions purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed entirely by Apple according to the App Store Terms of Service.
8. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via their “Report a Problem” portal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and software within the App are the intellectual property of the developer.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated responses.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Talkseek AI collects and uses information.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as session length, device type, and feature engagement.
2. AI Processing
Certain features rely on artificial intelligence services provided by third-party infrastructure including OpenAI.
User inputs submitted for AI analysis may be transmitted to these services solely to generate responses requested by the user.
3. Clarify Session Data
When using the Clarify Session feature, users may upload screenshots of conversations.
These screenshots are processed temporarily for the purpose of generating AI responses.
The developer does not store, retain, or archive these screenshots on its own servers.
After the response is generated and delivered to the user, the developer does not retain the screenshot or associated conversation data.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses Firebase Analytics operated by Google.
Firebase may process anonymized information according to its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
No personal data is stored by the developer.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect anonymized analytics data.
